    The Deptford Township Police Department's Record's Division is committed to assigning and maintaining all official records produced or created by the police departments under the strict guidance of the Administrative Law on police record production and retention.  All record's for the Police Department are maintained under the direction and authority of the Chief of Police and the Township Clerk.  The Record's Division is also responsible for the Property and Evidence Management function of the police department.  

     Our mission is to maintain all records, property, and evidence with the highest level of integrity in the interest of public safety.  We are also extremely committed to providing accessibility to all records, property, and evidence under the guidance of the laws and the Attorney General of the State.
