Councilman Phil Schocklin is another lifelong member of Deptford Township. Phil is a graduate of Gloucester County College, with Associates degrees in both Accounting (1983) and CIS (1984). He is a proud member of IBEW Local #98 for the last 20 years. Phil is a current member of Deptford Democrat Club and Deptford Township Planning Board.
