NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS
Notice is hereby given that sealed qualifications for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5,
will be received by the Clerk of the Township of Deptford
on December 4, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted:
Auditor
Bond Counsel
Engineer
Financial Advisor
General Special Projects Engineer
Hearing Officer
IT Support
Licensed Site Remediation Professional
Municipal Judge
Planner
Planning Board Conflict Solicitor
Planning Board Engineer
Planning Board Solicitor
Planning Board Traffic Consultant
Prosecutor
Public Defender
Real Estate Appraiser
Risk Management Consultant
Solicitor
Special Counsel
Special Labor Counsel
Zoning Board of Adjustment Conflict Solicitor
Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineer
Zoning Board of Adjustment Solicitor
Zoning Board of Adjustment Traffic Consultant
Each submission to be considered shall comport to the criteria set forth in the qualification packets and as found
in the Code of the Township of Deptford.
The qualification packets may be obtained in the Office of the Township Clerk or downloaded from our website.
The Municipal Appointing Authority shall thereafter publicly select the professional or business entity for the position so advertised which shall thereafter be confirmed or approved as required by law or Ordinance.
