NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS
Notice is hereby given that sealed qualifications for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, will be received by the Clerk of the Township of Deptford on December 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted:
Financial Advisor
IT Support
General Special Projects Engineer
Municipal Prosecutor
Planning Board Engineer
Planning Board Conflict Solicitor
Planning Board Solicitor
Planning Board Traffic Consultant
Public Defender
Real Estate Appraiser
Redevelopment Counsel
Redevelopment Engineer
Risk Management Consultant
Special Counsel
Special Labor Counsel
Township Auditor
Township Bond Counsel
Township Engineer
Township Licensed Site Remediation Professional
Township Planner
Township Solicitor
Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineer
Zoning Board of Adjustment Conflict Solicitor
Zoning Board of Adjustment Solicitor
Zoning Board of Adjustment Traffic Consultant
Each submission to be considered shall comport to the criteria set forth in the qualification packets and as found in the Code of the Township of Deptford. The
qualification packets may be obtained in the Office of the Township Clerk or downloaded from our website. The Municipal Appointing Authority shall thereafter publicly select the professional or business entity for the position so advertised which shall thereafter be confirmed or approved as required by law or Ordinance.
