NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent for the Township of Deptford on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM prevailing time at the Township of Deptford, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, NJ 08096 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
HOUSING REHABILIATION SERVICES: 33 DANCY AVENUE, DEPTFORD, NJ

Bid responses must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “BID TITLE NAME & NUMBER” on the outside, addressed to Andrea Macrina, Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. Bids will not be accepted after September 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the Township website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
Rehabilitation Report, Specifications and proposal sheets may be obtained at the office of the Qualified Purchasing Agent for NO FEE for an electronic copy in the Municipal Building, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, Gloucester County, New Jersey, 08096, or by requesting the package from amacrina@deptford-nj.org . Fee for paper copy $25.00 and must be picked up unless a shipping label is provided.
Please note, when the bid packages are electronically obtained, all of the documents provided must be printed, signed and notarized as required then submitted as a bid package. A bid received without all sections of the bid specifications present will be deemed an unresponsive bidder and will not be considered for the award of the contract.
During the performance of this contract, all contracts are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Ch. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action requirements) as well as P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, (Public Disclosure Statement) and Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Township of Deptford reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
