Applications for Water Permits and Sewer Permits are available at:

A $30.00 fee is required for water permit and a $40.00 fee is required for sewer permit, payable at the Deptford Township Board of Health office located in the Deptford Township Municipal Building.

Food Establishment license application is available at the Deptford Township Board of Health office located in the Deptford Township Municipal Building.

Dog license application is available at the Deptford Township Board of Health office.
