NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The Township of Deptford intends to participate in the cooperative purchasing agreement referred to as Purchasing Cooperative of America in order to contract with Crossing Guard Services PCA OD-391-23.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Deptford during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm except holidays, as well as on the Purchasing Cooperative of America website: www.pcamerica.org.
The Township of Deptford participates in the Purchasing Cooperative of America for various purchases.
Contract Period: September 13, 2023 to September 12, 2028.
It is the intent of the Township of Deptford to contract with Crossing Guard Services pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Purchasing Cooperative of America Request for Proposals.
The Township of Deptford is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
