ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE INVENTORY
In conjunction with the Deptford Township Environmental Commission, an inventory has been completed of Deptford Township’s natural resources through the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). The inventory consists of water quality, water sheds, soils, air quality, elevation maps, natural vegetation, animal communities, historic information about the town, population, available transportation, township utilities and services just to name a few. This inventory can be used and included in Deptford Township’s Master Plan for future planning of our direction and ecological resources that would be available through development and non-development.
