CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga/Pilates Combo

Pilates abs combined with yoga postures that build strength and endurance to tone your whole body.

Senior Exercise

Can be done in a chair and adapted for Arthritis sufferers. Taught by Arthritis Foundation certified teacher. For those who need a slower pace as well as more modifications so that the exercises better meet your body’s needs. Move and stretch to your kind of music as you improve your physical agility, keep your mind sharp and active as well as strengthen your muscles and bones. Get fit, have fun and energize your day. For 50 and older, no prior training needed.

Boot Camp

Wanted: Anyone who wants to boost their energy, increase self-esteem and shed unwanted inches and pounds! Cardio, strengthening and stretching class designed to energize your day, improve your cardiovascular system, tone your body, burn calories and make you feel great. Wear comfortable exercise attire and sneakers.

Cardio Pump

WANTED: Anyone who wants to burn calories, energize their life and only has 30 minutes.

Move your body to upbeat music as you sweat off excess fat and feel great. Lower your blood pressure, strengthen your heart as you get leaner and melt away stress. Perfect for men/women, ages 12 and up and all fitness level, no prior training needed. Wear comfortable exercise attire and sneakers.

No refunds after the 1st class has started and all classes must be taken by December 10, 2008, they cannot carry over into another session.
