NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The Township of Deptford intends to participate in the cooperative purchasing agreement now referred to as Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Agreement in order to contract with FieldTurf USA, Inc. contract #ESCNJ-22/23-37 for Turf Maintenance and Repair.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Deptford during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm except holidays, as well as on the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey website: www.escnj.us.
The Township of Deptford participates in the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey for various purchases.
Contract Period: May 4, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
It is the intent of the Township of Deptford to contract with FieldTurf USA, Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Cooperative Request for Proposals.
The Township of Deptford is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
