NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A
NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The Township of Deptford intends to participate in the national cooperative purchasing agreement now referred to as Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative in order to contract with Liquidity Services Operations, LLC d/b/a GovDeals contract #0111424-GDI for Online Auction Services.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Deptford during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm except holidays, as well as on the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative website: www.sourcewell-mn.gov.
The Township of Deptford participates in the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative for various purchases.
Contract Period: May 4, 2026 to January 27, 2029.
It is the intent of the Township of Deptford to contract with Liquidity Services Operations, LLC d/b/a GovDeals pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative Request for Proposals.
The Township of Deptford is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
