3/9/2017 - 2017 Spring Hydrant Flushing ***NEW***

DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF SPRING HYDRANT FLUSHING

Attention: DEPTFORD Residents – the Deptford Township M.U.A. will begin a hydrant-flushing program on April 3, 2017 and continue through April 21, 2017. Flushing will take place between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Flushing of hydrants not only assures that a high standard of water quality will be supplied; it also assures that all hydrants are operating properly. Residents in the areas being flushed may experience a temporary discoloration in their water while flushing is in progress. Residents are therefore asked to refrain from using water for drinking or washing clothes until the discoloration disappears. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
