PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD 

Notice is hereby given that the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded a contract without competitive bidding pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1). 

Swerp, Inc. has been authorized by the Qualified Purchasing Agent of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, in the County of Gloucester, for the restoration and lining of manholes for Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority and is authorized pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. The duration of the contract is one year ending 05/19/2027.  The total amount of the contract may exceed $17,500 but shall not exceed $53,000.00.

This contract and the resolution authorizing the Qualified Purchasing Agent to award same are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Purchasing Agent, Roberta Maronski.
