Notice of Award of Contract

The Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded contract without competitive bidding as professional service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1) (a) (i).  
The contract and Resolution authorizing contract is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Executive Director at the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority located at 898 Cattell Road in Deptford Township, New Jersey.
Bach Associates, PC is the Authority’s Primary Engineer for the Year 2026 awarded in accordance with Local Public Contract Law and through the Fair and Open Process N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et seq., and P.L. 2005 c.271.
