The Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority has awarded professional service contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1) (a) (ii) and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq., Chapter 271 and Deptford Township Resolution No. 114-2006 establishing a Fair and Open Process for the Award of Professional Service Agreements and Other Agreements with Business Entities.
