NEW TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP PROCEDURE
- All filled out certificate of occupancy applications must be taken or emailed to the MUA for a stamp of approval.

- If the water meter is good, you will receive a stamp & you can bring the application back to our office.
- If a new meter needs to be installed, the MUA will keep the application & email it over to our department once it has been completed & we will then enter the application into our system & send you a pay request.
- PLEASE PRINT ALL INFORMATION CLEARLY ON YOUR APPLICATION.
- PROVIDE AN ACCURATE EMAIL SO WE CAN SEND YOU A PAY REQUEST.
Rental properties are the exception, you can just send your application to the construction office if it is a rental.
